# Utility and future features

Market separates available tools from proposals. A feature described as planned is not a benefit you can claim today.

## Available participation

You can explore stories, prepare projects, complete your Citizen Pass, personalize your profile and use the contribution tools offered in your workspace. XP follows the published conditions for verified results; your token balance does not define your level.

## Proposed $MARKET utility

Ideas under consideration include creator credits, discounts or access to selected tools. Each would need a published eligibility rule and an active user flow before it becomes an available benefit.

Locking benefits, automatic rewards and token burns are not activated features in the current experience. Do not infer them from a token holding or a progress badge.

## Open Doors and impact

The Open Doors idea would support real-world initiatives using an allocation from Market's platform share, with a public record of supported outcomes. It would not deduct a separate fund allocation from the business's 75% share.

The existence of this proposal does not establish that a fund is operating, that a grant is available or that a particular business has received support.

## Future Citizen rewards

Future rewards may be associated with specific levels or achievements. A possible future reward is not a current prize, guaranteed allocation or a reason to assume that XP can be redeemed for money.

Any activated campaign needs clear eligibility, conditions, availability and a claim process. Until then, achievements recognize the actual accomplishment described in the [catalog](https://market-launchpad-com.gitbook.io/docs/citizens/achievement-catalog).

## How to tell that a feature is live

Check [current availability](https://market-launchpad-com.gitbook.io/docs/start/available-today), the relevant live screen and the official announcement. A concept description, disabled button or illustration alone is insufficient.
