# Get your Citizen Pass

Your Citizen Pass opens your place in Market: a name, a Genesis card and access to the Citizen profile after completing the entry journey. You can start without a wallet.

## Step 1: your name and finish

Choose a name of **3–20 letters, numbers or underscores**, starting with a letter. Names are saved in lowercase and must be available. Market displays your identity as `yourname.market`. This is a Market username; it is not a registered internet domain or a wallet address.

Choose **Midnight**, **Pearl** or **Foundry**. Preview the card before confirming: the Genesis finish is permanent once saved. All three finishes carry the same access conditions. Your later profile picture and level frame can change independently.

Use the button naming your chosen finish to continue. If you already have a saved name or account, the journey resumes the unfinished step.

## Step 2: your entry

Complete the four actions using the same X account. Each action has a button that opens its own X flow:

1. Follow **@marketdotpad\_**.
2. Like the official teaser.
3. Repost or quote the teaser.
4. Reply to the teaser in your own words, then paste the link to your posted reply.

Use **Follow Market on X**, **Like the teaser on X**, and either **Repost on X** or **Quote instead**. After each action, return to Market and tick its confirmation. Opening the teaser for reading does not unlock all three confirmations.

Use **Write my reply on X** to open a reply to the official teaser. Write and publish it yourself; tagging another account is optional. On your posted reply, choose **Share → Copy link**, then paste the link into **Link to your posted reply**. The link supplies your X handle. Use your own reply's link, rather than the teaser or a profile URL.

## Finish and open your profile

Submit with **Finish & open my profile**. A completed entry opens the profile, while the reservation's Genesis approval can remain under review. The confirmations are declarations for review; opening an X link alone does not verify an action.

Once completed, the Pass offer becomes **Profile**. Your Genesis card and recovery tools remain available through the Pass page.

## What completion gives you

You can use the Citizen workspace, inspect missions and set up your profile. Completion adds no XP, achievement, token allocation or financial reward. An approved Genesis entry follows the announced next-phase access process; saving a name or submitting a checklist does not establish an allocation.
