# Business updates, corrections and disputes

Reliable project information includes changes in the real place and changes in who is authorized to represent it.

## Submit a material update

An update should identify the affected place or project, explain the new fact and provide supporting evidence. Examples include a confirmed relocation, corrected branch address, a closure or a business-controlled announcement relevant to the story.

If you speak for the business, ensure your verified role covers the update. An independent community member can submit a correction without claiming to be the owner.

## Report a representation problem

If someone claims your business without authority, identify the exact profile or project and explain the conflict with evidence from an appropriate business-controlled source.

Describe the facts needed to evaluate the relationship. Avoid publishing personal documents, unrelated customer data or accusations that cannot be supported. Use the available review route or the official Market account to ask for the proper submission channel.

## Ownership or authority can change

A transfer of ownership, departure of a manager or change in authorization requires a new review of the affected relationship. Editing a name or connecting another wallet alone cannot transfer verified authority.

Changes to a financial recipient need the applicable recipient checks. A pending dispute does not itself reverse an existing on-chain transaction or create an automatic replacement payout.

## Outcomes and progression

A review may accept a correction, request additional evidence or reject it. Only a verified accepted result can count toward the relevant contribution reward. An earlier result can be corrected if its evidence no longer supports the claim.
